Once you have downloaded it, all you have to do is put it into your Vendetta PW folder under element,i.e. Perfect World Vendetta\element.
You need to rename it as gfx.pck then. Just replace the old one with this one.
In case you have problems, i suggest you save your old gfx.pck somewhere. But I already tested it, along with some other ppl, it's fine.
